These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the rules for using Vyaaj. They're written to be readable, not to trip you up — but they are a binding agreement, so please read them. By using Vyaaj, you agree to them.
By accessing or using the Vyaaj website, app or services ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform. If you're using Vyaaj on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to accept these Terms for it.
Vyaaj is a digital loan marketplace operated by Trumflux Private Limited. We help you discover, compare and connect with loan products offered by banks and RBI-registered NBFCs. To be clear:

Using Vyaaj, checking eligibility or seeing an indicative offer does not guarantee that any lender will approve you, or offer you a particular amount, rate or tenure. Final terms depend on the lender's own assessment, policies and RBI guidelines, and may differ from what's shown on the Platform.
The Platform features products from third-party lenders and may link to their sites. We don't control those lenders or sites, and we're not responsible for their products, decisions, terms, conduct or content. Any dealings you have with a lender — including the loan itself, its servicing and any dispute — are between you and that lender. Loan-related grievances are handled as described on our grievance redressal page.
The Vyaaj name, logo, design, text, graphics, software and other content on the Platform are owned by Trumflux Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the Platform for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written permission. Lender names and logos shown on the Platform belong to their respective owners.

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we don't warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information, rate or estimate shown is accurate, complete or current. Indicative figures are illustrative and may change. Nothing on Vyaaj is financial, legal or tax advice — please make your own decisions and seek professional advice where needed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trumflux Private Limited, its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, or from any loan or dealing with a lender. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to ₹2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakh). Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trumflux Private Limited and its team from any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the Platform.
We're always improving Vyaaj, so we may add, change or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
